Sideshow Creative

Two muffins are sitting in an oven. One muffin says “Phew, it’s hot in here.” the other says “Holy moly, it’s a talking muffin!”

For my first blog post, I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Sugarland, Texas and received my bachelors in communication design and illustration painting from Texas State. Upon graduation I spread my wings, and accepted a position as a graphic designer at a “green” marketing firm in Fort Collins, Colorado. Our clientele was an eclectic mix of alternative energy, organic, sustainable living, and non-profit companies. I moved back to Texas in 2008 and am thrilled to be a part of the fun, exciting, creative, smart, and innovative marketing agency: Sideshow Creative in Bryan.  I’m an Ambassador with the BCS Chamber of Commerce and a member of BNI Aggieland.

A little about “Serious Glenda” – I’m passionate about working hard at everything I do and learning from other people’s mistakes. There are no free lunches, so I need to work for what I want. God and my family are the most important factors of my life, and they are the ones who keep me motivated.

A little about “Silly Glenda” – I love stop motion videos, blueberries, the outdoors, Crossfit, massages, painting, ice cream with a side of ice cream, motorcycles, Kris, Kris on a motorcycle, corny jokes, and several cups of joe in the morning.
